TenantClerk

AI front desk for rental properties

The front desk for your rentals. Open all night.

TenantClerk answers tenant calls around the clock, works out what’s wrong and how urgent it is, and sends the landlord a clear summary.

Example call · Unit 32:14 AM

Hi, this is Maya in unit 3. My kitchen sink has been leaking under the cabinet since this morning.

Thanks, Maya. Is it a slow drip, or is water pooling on the floor?

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A tenant calls

Day or night, the call is answered right away by an AI assistant. It says it’s an AI if asked.

  2. Step 2

    It asks the right questions

Who is calling, which unit, what’s wrong, how bad it is, when someone can get in, and the best number to call back.

  3. Step 3

    The landlord gets a summary

When the call ends, the landlord is emailed the key facts, how urgent it is, and the full transcript.

Every call, sorted by urgency

Three calls on the same night, handled three different ways.

Emergency
“I smell gas in the hallway outside my door.”

Tells the caller to get somewhere safe and call 911 first, then takes the details. The summary is marked as an emergency.

Urgent
“My kitchen sink has been leaking under the cabinet since this morning.”

Asks how bad it is, when someone can get in, and the best number to call back, so a repair can be arranged the same day.

Routine
“Can I get a second parking permit for my partner’s car?”

Writes the request down accurately and passes it on. It never promises a time, a cost, or that a vendor will come.

What lands in your inbox

When a call ends, you get one email with everything you need to act on it.

  • Urgency at a glance. Emergency, urgent or routine, with the reason.
  • The key facts. Who called, which unit, what’s wrong, when someone can get in.
  • The full transcript. Every word of the call, underneath.

If you’re a tenant

Your landlord uses TenantClerk so that someone always picks up. Here is what to expect when you call.

  • You’re talking to an AI assistant. It will tell you so if you ask. It takes your message; your landlord makes the decisions.
  • Calls may be recorded. Your landlord gets a written summary, a transcript and the recording, so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
  • In an emergency, call 911 first. TenantClerk is not an emergency service.

Never miss a tenant call again
